# How it understands you (and what AI never does)

Rules first, then a small model inside the app picks one tested job. AI never writes or runs commands, and nothing goes to a cloud AI.

1. Rules read the sentence first (instant).
2. If they can't, EmbeddingGemma (a small model inside the app) picks one job from a fixed list; unsure → "Did you mean…" buttons.
3. On macOS 26+, Apple's on-device model fills unclear settings ("for email") and writes "about" summaries.
4. The job itself is Whizra's own tested code. AI never writes or runs commands, and never invents a new job.

Everything runs on the Mac; nothing is sent to a cloud AI.
