# Install Whizra

What Whizra needs (macOS 15+, Apple silicon), how big it is, and what the first launch shows.

- macOS 15 or later, Apple silicon. About 250 MB (the language model is inside the app).
- A menu-bar app: no Dock icon. The mark sits in the menu bar.
- First launch shows a welcome screen: the double-tap shortcut, the Accessibility button, and "Try it" on a sample PDF (works without a license).
