Your files never leave your Mac. Here is exactly what does go online, and why.

## The app
- **Your files, file names and the sentences you type stay on your Mac.** Every job runs on your Mac, including the AI that reads your sentences. Nothing is uploaded.
- **No account, no analytics, no tracking in the app.** Your history, learned settings and savings counter are stored only on your Mac.
- **The license key** is checked with Dodo Payments when you enter it (with your Mac's name, so you can see which Macs use the key) and about once a week after that. Being offline never locks you out.
- **"Tell the maker"** opens your own mail app with only your sentence (no files, names or paths). Nothing is sent unless you send that email.

## Buying

Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, collects what's needed to take payment and send your key: your name, email, country, billing details and card (the card goes to their payment processors, never to us). We can see your name, email, country and order in Dodo's dashboard to support you and handle refunds. Dodo's privacy policy applies to the payment.

## This website
- **No cookies.** We count visits with our own tool, Whiz Stats, which runs on Cloudflare.
- It records the pages you view, the site that sent you (and campaign tags in the link), your country and city as Cloudflare reports them, your browser, device type and screen size, how far you scroll and where you click on our pages, page speed, and errors on our pages.
- It **doesn't store your IP address**. To count unique visitors it uses a code made from your IP and browser with a secret that changes every day, so you can't be followed from one day to the next.
- The **try-it demo** on this site only reports which demo job you tried, never what you type. Nothing you type in it leaves your browser.
- When you click Buy, the details of that visit (which page, which site sent you) go with the order, so we know which pages and links lead to sales. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we don't link your visit to a purchase.
- Answers you choose to send (like the question on the thank-you page) are stored with the order they came from.
- We keep raw visit records for up to 25 months and daily totals after that. We never sell or share them, and there are no ads.

Email to whizra.com addresses is forwarded through Cloudflare to our inbox. We use it only to reply to you.

## Services we use

Dodo Payments (payments, license keys), Cloudflare (website, visit counting, email forwarding), Google (our email inbox), Telegram (private alerts to us about sales, with the country and source, not your name or email).
