## How
- Email [hello@whizra.com](mailto:hello@whizra.com) within **7 days** of buying, from the email you bought with, or include your order (payment) ID from the receipt.
- We refund the full amount through Dodo Payments, our payment provider, usually within a few days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- The license key stops working after the refund.

Write to us anyway if something is wrong. If Whizra doesn't do what this website says it does, we'll fix it or refund you.
