Find and organize files on Mac
Find files the way you remember them ("what did I download yesterday?"), ask what a file is about, and rename, move, copy or tag files from one sentence. Rename and move can be undone.
Real runs of the Mac app, recorded 1 and 2 Nov 2026. Try it yourself in the sandbox →
Find files on Mac by describing them
- what did I download yesterday?
- show me my pdfs
- which files did I get from gmail?
A list with a summary ("214 items · 52 PDFs … · 4.2 GB"), filter chips you can change, Open / Show in Finder / Attach. A question never runs a job. Finding is free.

Ask what a file is about
- what is my last pdf about?
- how many pages is it?
- how big is my last pdf?
A facts line at once (pages · size · from · added), then on macOS 26+ a one-or-two-sentence summary written on the Mac by Apple's model, appearing as it's written. Reads only the first 3 pages / 4,000 characters and says so.

Batch rename files on Mac
- rename it to Invoice March
- add today's date to these
- number them
Renames in place; the extension never changes unless asked. More than one file shows old → new names first. Undo puts them back.

Move, copy, tag and make folders by typing
- put these in a new folder called Need edit
- move my pdfs from today to Documents/Taxes
- copy it to the Desktop
Never overwrites. A missing folder is offered before it's made; two folders with one name → asks which. To another disk: copies with progress and Cancel, checks the bytes, then moves the original to the Trash; Undo brings it back.
