Client papers stay on your Mac: zip them with a password, merge, rename, number and convert by typing what you want. Your files never leave your Mac.
Select the files in Finder (or name them in the sentence), double-tap the right Option key, type, press Enter. Results marked “Recorded” are real runs of the app on sample files.
zip the tax 2026 folder with password 1234
One .zip with AES-256. Double-click it in Finder and it asks for the password; 7-Zip, WinRAR, Keka and The Unarchiver open it too. History shows the password as dots.
Recorded on the app: The folder Tax 2026 (3 files) became Tax 2026.zip, 386 KB, locked with AES-256. With nothing selected, the sentence found the folder in Documents.
