Who we are
Whizra is a Mac app made by an individual developer ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@whizra.com.
Buying
Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: Dodo sells you the license, charges your card, handles tax and sends your receipt and license key. Their terms apply to the payment itself. The price is the one shown at checkout; it's a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Your license
- One license key lets you use Whizra on 2 Macs that you own or use. Removing the key from a Mac (in the app) frees it for another.
- The license is for you; don't share, resell or publish your key.
- It includes free updates to Whizra. A separate future product (such as Whizra Pro) isn't included.
- You may not copy, change, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it anyway.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of buying, no questions. See the refund policy. After a refund, or a chargeback, the license key stops working.
Your files
Whizra works on your Mac and never uploads your files. It writes new files instead of changing your originals, except for jobs you ask for that change files in place (rename, move, tag), which can be undone. Still, keep backups of anything important: software can have bugs, and we can't recover lost files.
No warranty
Whizra is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't promise it will be free of errors or suit every purpose. If it doesn't do what this website says, tell us: we'll fix it or refund you.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data, profits or time), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Whizra. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes won't reduce what you already bought. We may end a license used in breach of these terms (for example, a shared or resold key).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without taking away consumer protections of the country you live in.
